Description
Join BCAS on Saturday, July 22 to find and count butterflies for community science.
Why count butterflies? Because scientists use the data to understand the big picture of butterfly health including changes over time in population size and distribution, but most of all because it’s fun! Join BCAS on Saturday July 22 at 10am to look for and count eastern tiger swallowtails, monarchs, sulphurs, coppers, cabbage whites and more! Bring binoculars and a field guide if you have them, sunscreen, water and a hat. A camera with a telephoto lens is also welcome.
